In this unit, it talked about many ways to manage a class room. It talked about eye contact gestures and the voice. It talked about the positives and negatives of different kind of group work to working on your own. Then, it moved into talking about classroom arrangement: this included orderly row; circles and horseshoes; separate tables; the teacher's position. It even talked about when to write on the board and how to build and keep rapport with your students. All of these things, I think was useful. I was thinking about one of my specific student in my class. I want to better analysis if I did something wrong. or he does what he does. I couldn't find a reason from the example in the unit. I think he may have ADHD. I don't think any of theses things
