This unit prodvied instruction on classroom management by means of teacher position and voice, classroom organization, structure of activities and behavior management. I learned that it is not just about what you say, but how you say it. For example, the pitch, pace and power of your voice will convey different ques to the students and should be tailored appropriately to the individual class/ student and activity. The unit provided examples of how to manage behavioral problems, within the scope of relative control, by being prepared, well organized, respectful and calm on each and every occasion.
