This unit concentrated on how to manage a classroom so that students can learn as best as they can. I have learned about the various benefits and detriments to how a classroom is arranged such as how a circle can make the atmosphere more intimate but is a challenge to set up in a small classroom or use with a large class as well as the importance of rapport and later how helpful it is in maintaining discipline by helping the get the students to buy in more to the class and thus preventing some poor behavior though it was also discussed how some reasons are simply out of the control of the teacher such as student's family situations. Overall, this unit concentrated on the logistics of the classroom setup to better optimize it in running and in helping students learn more.
