In this unit, it is very important to note the usages of each form as many forms can get quite complicated and interfere with meaning (future perfect often confused with future perfect continuous). I learnt to slowly identify actions completed by a certain future time versus how long something continues by a future time. It is also very interesting to note how many teaching methods can help with this confusion. For future perfect instruction, future diaries is such a suitable tool to get used to the form of the tense. It is also very helpful to use the Yes/No question form of the tense to identify how to construct a sentence in that tense. It can also suit some of the role play teaching methods that teachers can introduce in pair work.
