This unit, regarding the two videos, shows the advantages of a good and experienced teacher in the class and the students? learning process and their reactions to the teacher?s way of teaching on one hand, and the disadvantages of an inexperienced teacher, who does not follow the right teaching methodology, and his or her effects on the students while giving the lesson on the other hand. I learned from this unit that the students? learning process is more affected by the teacher?s teaching process and attitudes which may result in either negative or positive feedback and returns. In my opinion, the teacher should prepare a lesson plan to follow and have a flexible and riveting personality and attitude with paying attention to the students? needs because the class needs to be interesting in order for the students to get encouraged to learn more and enjoy learning new concepts in a comfortable way.
