It is very important to have a clear methodology before an individual embarks on educating individuals and groups. The Engage, Study and Activate method provides a balance of many methodologies, but places the learner in an active position. This method allows the teacher to organise a structured lesson with clear objectives and a high probability of student success, yet allows for flexibility- and can be adapted to student needs, skills, understanding and interest.
I enjoyed reviewing teaching ideas, but found the most important section covered was on correcting students in an appropriate manner.
