In this Unit,I learned the different group of clients that I might encounter in teaching English. I also realized the importance of ESA lesson planning because it provide a more effective way in teaching those different group of learners. Moreover, what scared me at first before taking up this course is that I won't be qualified in teaching Business English because of the fact that I don't have any background in Business. However, in this Unit, I realized that I won't be teaching about business, my students just need to know the language that their line of work require,none other than Business English.
