This unit is about different methods of teaching a new language. There is a multitude of systems to follow in order to help students understand the concept and material being learned. An important part of it this is to make it more student centered and less teacher centered. Teachers provide the set up and help with making corrections, but other than that, students should learn from themselves and each other. It's important to engage, teach, and activate the materials in order for the students to remember the concepts easily. There are many ways to teach students a language, but you have factors such as cultural background and how much knowledge of the language they already know to consider which method is best for the students you are working with.
