This unit focused on problems teachers sometimes have when working with students. These problems include how to get a class ready for the day, dealing with varying levels of English among students, the use of students' native language with both the teacher and other students, unwilling students, and students who have a hard time with listening activities. What I learned from this lesson was what should be done when it comes to students who finish activities early. I was unsure of how to engage these students, or if I should engage them at all. I now realize that other, more lax activities, such as crosswords can be given to them.
