I found this unit to be quite confusing. The quality of the video was not good. Sounded like a lot of echoes. But the first video was showing a way of teaching which was not the best. The second video showed a more organized lesson plan for the teacher and students. It shows that the attitude the teacher comes to class with has a big impact on the students participation. It also shows that questions should not be ignored and the way to approach a student that may not understand. Knowing the students names is important for the teacher and student interaction because it shows that you actually care and want them to learn. I believe that maybe better sound quality of video would have been useful because I couldn't understand in some parts what the teacher was saying. Maybe even subtitles as an option.
