This unit discusses the different types of problems or the different situations that might arise while being an EFL teacher. Some of the common situations that the teacher will encounter and need to learn how to handle properly are can include: dealing with the first lesson, the use of warming-up exercises, dealing with big classes, dealing with reluctant learners and dealing with students that often use their native language. The lesson includes information and different activities that can be used to deal with the situations properly. I personally benefited from learning about the different activities I can carry out to help the reluctant learners participate more during the class discussions.
