There are many different teaching styles, but the one that we are focusing on is Engage-Study-Activate. Engage is basically an ice-breaker to get students to open up and want to speak English. Study is basically the \"meat\" of the lesson, where the teacher clarifies pronunciation and makes sure the students are getting it right (accuracy > fluency). Activate is basically where the students are practicing what they have just learned (fluency > accuracy). There are many different ways of organizing lessons around this concept: you have straight arrow (ESA), boomerang (EASA), or patchwork (EASEAS). You can be as flexible as you like, as long as you use the EAS model.
