I feel this is a good place to start fleshing out lesson plans, depending on the level of student. There were so many different Engage activities I had not thought or heard about. The variety of those activities lends well to the need to be flexible and continuously interesting to the students. As for the Study phase, I was particularly drawn to the tongue twisters; as they could be used for lower and higher level classes depending on the need to pronunciation (lower level) or vocabulary and pronunciation (higher level). It seemed like such a small thing, but one not often considered until put in context. Perhaps the Activate section is the most straight forward and can be accomplished in small group work sessions. I had the thought that I would encourage student-student feedback during Activate presentations as a way to help with corrections so the presenting group knows it applies to them. If the problem is noticed multiple times by students then I could go over the concept again before they leave or before the next class.
