From this unit, I have learnt how to use course books and lesson materials, and what's the advantages and disadvantages of the course books. The course books provide a balanced mix of grammar, vocabulary and other skills ( e.g. reading, writing, speaking and listening ). Therefore, when we use the course books, we need to take advantage of that, sometimes, we'd like to omit, replace the unsuitable material, we may want to add extra material to the course book. And also I get an idea how to choose the course book for a particular class. We may need to think about those the following factors: price, availability, methodology, and topic, etc.
