Unit #19 is about teaching special groups. This unit talks about teaching of few different types of classes, such as: beginners, individual students, children, business English/English for Specific Purposes. The unit gives useful suggestions on teaching of those different types of students. Furthermore, the material from the unit explains what should be avoided in the classroom and things to consider. Also, the unit explains what is the difference between monolingual and multilingual classes. The information about Business English was new to me. I learnt about the problems that a teacher can face while teaching those kind of clients. Moreover, it taught me about the needs of the students that study Business English and about the importance of the \"Needs Analysis\".
