From this unit, I learned about the importance of being aware and addressing the common problems that may arise from teaching different classes. As I am also a learner of a second language, I am completely familiar with the situation in which a classroom could have students who are on different levels of comprehension of a language. Some students do grasp things quickly, are more motivated, and so on. I also found it important about building rapport and not starting a first lesson/meeting with students with a lesson. It is better to get to know the students and also take in the level at which they are at.
