This unit was great for new teachers, and explained some of the basics that people who have never taught a classroom will definitely need to know. Obviously everyone will have different personalities and teaching styles, but it is good to know how to approach your students to be an effective teacher. Discipline is important here, but you also need for your students to feel welcomed and relaxed, so that they are not scared to participate in classroom discussions and activities. I found the test questions for this section to be poorly worded however, as using negatives in the questions, and answers can be quite confusing. I think parts of this test section should be re-written. Besides that the Unit was very helpful.
