The last unit of the course points at major challenges a teacher can face during his work and gives some solutions and tips. It shows various purposes of first lessons and how to fulfil them as well as gives examples of warmers in the beginning of a lesson. Some ideas on how to approach classes with different language levels and large classes are also presented. The use of the native language in a monolingual classes is discussed and accompanied with some tips on how to stimulate students to speak English as much as possible. A case of students reluctant to participate and actively learn is also considered with some invaluable insight on how to tackle this issue. Last but not least, the difficulty of the listening exercises is acknowledged yet teachers are strongly encouraged to practice this skill in a well-prepared and focused manner.
