I found it very difficult to understand the teacher in the first video. I was confused about what he was asking for and trying to accomplish. After a bit, I realized that this was on purpose and this was how his students felt. The first video was a very important lesson to me because I learned a lot of things to avoid doing.
The second video did a very good job of presenting ESA as a process. I found that I could clearly follow the teacher and each process was based on learning from the prior process. It was a very effective lesson plan delivered in an enthusiastic manner. The clasee was engaged and so was I.
