This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
The unit covers the usage of four aspects of the past tense-past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. All these forms must be well-known by every TEFL teacher as each form may seem similar to one another but have entirely different characteristics and usage. In the past, I couldn't tell the difference between past perfect and past continuous. However, after studying this unit, I've learned that those two forms are as different as day and night. Another thing of which I am always thankful for are the sample ideas on how to teach these forms to students. I look forward to incorporating them in my lessons in the future.
