I found these videos very effective as it gives clear examples of how a negative teacher can actually affect a classroom of students and their learning abilities. A negative teacher will have the effect that stimulates a un interested approach to learning, not complimenting the students who already must be nervous for embarking on a foreign language course. The unclear examples and guidance also affected the students in many ways as well. In regards to the positive teacher he was able to have all the students involved within the lesson, referring to their names, asking questions and taking his time with their responses. He was very supportive and if they struggled he was not afraid to mime a word in order to show support to the students. He did not critically evaluate their work and made the lesson entertaining, filled with smiles, laughter and knowledge. I have taken the relevant steps to understand that effective lesson planning and a good teaching habit will allow me to have an engaging lesson
