This is the last unit, which briefly mentions some potential problems that we may encounter in the future lesson and gives some methods to deal with the problems. We always have different kinds of problems in the classroom, like different English levels' students, reluctant students and so on. In my present class, we do have this kind of students, who are not willing to talk and express themselves. What I do is to find out their interest and hobbies and tries to relate the language points with their interest so that they have something to speak although they do not speak a lot in the first time, however, with the time passes, they can speak more and more and they will be confidence in themselves in some area so that they can speak out.For the different level issue, I normally put the weaker and the stronger together, however, each person has their own resposiblity or task to finish and in the end, they need to put their ideas together to figure out a final project so that the stronge students will now take over all the jobs and the weak has less opportunies to participate.
