I focused on engaage-study-activate (ESA) and I understand that ESA is the most effective of all the medholodogies for new for new teachers how to learn and apply in the classroom.this unit basically is about the cultural differences in foreign countries. it discusses the dos and donts of a foreign country. also, how one can write a CV and things to use were mentioned. mediums through which employment opportunities can be secured were also discussed.again, factors to consider before moving or travelling to a foreign land were mentioned in this unit.
