This lesson delved into the pros and cons of course books and why they may or may not be the most useful tool in the classroom. It also discussed created materials versus authentic materials and their advantages and disadvantages. It was an interesting lesson and I believe a mixture of all of these things will prevent the classroom from becoming too routine.The content of this unit is of much value for me. Since most of the time I teach, with a company lesson plan, I learned that by reviewing it first, I can be flexible and incorporate new ideas so that the class can be fun and at the same time students can learn. Also I liked very much the lesson plan example, and now I have a better idea of how to plan a class.
