Unit 19 was about teaching special groups. In this chapter I learned techniques to teach English beginners and how to make them feel comfortable in class. I also learned in this chapter about all groups who wanted to learn English and why. This Unit also informed me on ESP/ Business English. I learned that class dynamic and lesson change when dealing with a specific group.This unit covers the future tense system, outlining relevant structures and usage as well as ideas for activities to use in lessons.
I have learnt that there are seven most common areas to be used in future tenses and also enjoyed the use of the paired group work exercises like the You Say- Optimist Says, Fortune Telling - Role Play, Wedding Vows and Survey Questionnaires.
