Productive skills include speaking and writing. Lessons to encourage speaking require a purpose. Students need to be interested in order to involve themselves in communication. Accuracy activities include drilling, prompting, role play, modelled dialogue. Fluency based activities are created by the teacher, but the language content is directed by the student. Writing focussed on penmanship, spelling and punctuation.A really useful unit, good way to understand and get most out of the material provided by the school. I love some of the links to use to help the students and teacher, gaining worksheets and vidoes clips of different accents or interviews. And as stupid as it sounds, I never actually thought of using Youtube for gaining vidoes or other use for classes and will definatly keep it in mind when producing visual classes.
