This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
After reading through this unit I am aware of the evaluations my potential students would need to prepare for upon completion of my class. This awareness is important in how I can tailor and adapt my teaching to help them achieve success when taking their tests. I also learned how to use various tests for myself in order to gauge students' English proficiencies so I can choose the best possible lesson plans for them. This section was about evaluating students progress. I think this will probably be a pretty difficult task for me. I've student taught before which means I've worked one on one with students and I've seen that sometimes the test aren't a direct reflection of what they know or have learned. Giving a grade for that will be a challenge, especially if the student is trying in class, but the work isn't shown on the tests.
