This unit gave an in-depth look at the past tense. Though it was very detailed, I understood this lesson very well. It gave me a good understanding of the past tense. I now feel much more comfortable with the idea of having to teach others how to use the past tense. Like the present tense, we covered the different forms of this tense and looked at how each form is used.In this unit of Teaching Special Groups, it is beneficial to learn the different English learners from beginners, young children, individual student (1 to 1), monolingual to multilingual class and finally business adults. I like the techniques used for different groups as well as the expectations from them. This is one of the most interesting topics in this programme.
