This is followed by a section on the teaching of English to business clients.This unit covered theories, methods, and techniques of teaching English. The unit discussed the various teaching methodologies that have been used in the past and present. It is apparent that teachers should refrain from speaking too much, and focus on encouraging students to speak. This course focuses on the engage-study-activate (ESA) methodology. Correcting students is a learned skill, and is vital to student confidence.
