In unit sixteen I learnt that reading, writing, listening, and speaking are all considered equal. They are all equally important and should be treated so. If the activity the class is doing is more focused on one of the 4 important factors, than the other three should be included somehow into the lesson or activity to show the students they need all 4 to learn English well.I found the the teaching aids on this unit overwhelming - overwhelming good. I was made aware that a teacher can use as much resource as he or she needs for the better learning of the student. However, I did not know it was this much, which is good. That way, there will be more resources and some form of clarity on the content of the lesson to supplement the learners needs.
