Unit 13 was about teaching English to different groups. Those groups are beginners, young learners and people who need English for business (also 1-1 classes). Skill, motivation and attendance may vary from group to group and it's important to have special approach to different groups. This unit taught me some techniques and gave advices on teaching this or that group.This final unit is about dealing with potentially difficult situations. In the very first lesson of a class, it is extremely important to establish rapport with the students and make them feel more comfortable in the class. Warmer activities are important to get students motivated to participate and use English. All of the strategies will be refined through experience.
