This lesson gave me a very good real-world look at both effective and ineffective implementations of teaching methods. This lesson taught - though a real-life example - how to conduct an ESA lesson properly, in addition to showing the importance of the instructor's demeanor and mood when interacting with students. Having a video depicting the methods helps me to grasp the underlying concepts of effective teachingThis unit described the four different past tenses that we use in English language. It helped me to understand the differences between each tense and in which situations we utilize each tense. Being able to easily identify differences between the tenses (by adding \"had\" and \"been\", plus the correct matching verb for the situation) is helpful in understanding when an action occurred and/or is still occuring.
