Lesson Planning is as significant as the teaching itself. With an efficient lesson plan, the teacher would know the works around and would lower the chance of getting caught off guard by clever students. It must be aligned with the lesson for the day, of course, including activities after the discussion. But the teacher should still be spontaneous in front of the students during the discussion.This is a fundamental part of acquiring the right skills to be a teacher, without a plan the teacher can feel lost at times. Students can tell when their teachers are well prepared and know what they are doing, although being flexible is important, having a plan always helps to make a class smooth and organized. I liked the example of a lesson plan given because it is simple and easy to follow.
