Unit 7 is about teaching a new vocabulary, grammar lessons and fucntions. It gives a general idea of how lessons can specifically approach with different structures. It helps a teacher to construct and a build a warm teaching area. Through the different kind of ESA lesson plans, it teaches a teacher how to be able to practise and produce the information in a correct way. Unit 7 offers balanced and manageable way of teaching a new language.In this unit, I learnt about the needs of different learners of English including beginners, children and business people. I learnt that for children and beginners, it is important to encourage them to speak in English. In order to encourage them, it is important not to overcorrect their mistakes. As for business people, it is imperative to focus on their needs by conducting a needs analysis so that the teacher can plan for future lessons.
