In my opinion the future tense is not as straight forward as other tenses. It is therefore very common for students and teachers alike to make mistakes. However, this Unit was very useful to me as it helped with breaking down the complexities of the tense. The unit provided me with teaching ideas to aid the students in the classroom. Again, I found the task sheet to be very helpful and may adopt this technique when teaching in the future.When I first started this unit I thought it would be very easy after all I have been writing lesson plans for over 35 years but that turned out not to be the case. I found it confusing when it came to the set up on the order of activities. I think this is because the way I would naturally approach a lesson is not the way that was set out for me to work through. I do believe that having a more structured approach is a good reminder to me.
