Unit Lesson Planing is really useful and straight forward with guides how to make it proper order during class. I do like Straight Arrow ESA lesson and how is planing engage, study and activation during lesson. Clear examples make it more easy to follow and understand. Making plans and procedure for lesson is one of also good guide how to keep it on a right way and stick with activity.I really enjoyed watching the videos as examples of what takes place in the classroom. The students seemed incredibly reluctant and hesitant in the first video since the teacher seemed demanding and intimidating. The second video was much more effective and stuck to a structured ESA plan. I think it ultimately shows the benefits of the and efficiency in teaching in this particular way.
