I think unit 16 has been a very important unit in terms of understanding how students feel about conditionals and reported speech. It can become confusing and I think that mainly for that reason it was important to have studied this unit.
Completing the tasks, including the lesson planning, have given me a better understanding of how to teach these grammar rules.
I'm looking forward to using reported speech teaching ideas in my lessons.I anticipate teaching younger learners in the future, so knowing about classroom dynamics and what are potential difficulties is invaluable. The list of do's and don'ts was also a good start in knowing how to handle a class of young learners. Also the info contained in the business section was excellent and i learned that more careful planning and assessment needs to happen to make sure you are fulfilling the requirements of the company.
