I have learned that doing or planning a lesson plan is very much important, so that said it helps with the end result and to see if an educator has accomplished their goals. with experience in this section of the course, I would recommend lesson plans to any educator around the world. for example if there is a problem with a learned you have something to look back on. this could help for students and learners.To adapt a right course book for students in a classroom is always a challenge, because we will need to find a book that fit in our students' needs and our needs. Something that can really help students learn and bring up their interests about learning English. I would think get good topics from a book that students are interested and willing to express their ideas in class is the one that can be most helpful.
