This unit stated the four past tenses with the same structure used to define the present tenses which made them seem much more simple and easier to teach as the basic form remains similar. Although well explained in the chapter, I therefore still wonder how I will teach their usage to younger students as it can already be challenging for them to understand those concepts in their mother tongue.I'm not known to give disciplinary action to kids when they behave bad. Therefore, it was very helpful to read the different reasons for why such problems may occur and how to correct them. The last sentence in that segment definitely struck me on how it's so much easier to start firm/solid and just relax control throughout the English course rather than to start soft and try to regain control.
