This unit tackles the teaching of pronunciation and phonology. In my opinion this is a very important part of teaching English because the techniques taught in this unit can be very helpful to visualize how the mouth should be shaped and how the sounds should emerge from it. I imagine in the beginning it is very hard to hear the fine differences between some sounds.This unit covered the range of common present tenses. From present simple to present perfect continuous it built the on the knowledge gained in each section. From unit 4 I learned All the different situations that are classified as having present tense. For example present simple can be used for a habit of routine and present perfect relates the past to the present.
