This unit covered the important components and functions of creating lesson plans. It appears to be crucial that lesson plans are detailed enough for present and future reference but also flexible enough to be able to adapt to changes that may need to be addressed during lessons. Furthermore, this unit emphasizes the need for teacher self-evaluation in order to constantly improve and strengthen future lessons.In this unit I learned about the most common problems that the students can have in the first lesson and about some different technics that I can use to motivate the students in the moment of starting the class. Also I learned how to deal with the native language of the students and how to correct this problem. This unit gives me tips on how to deal with reluctant students, large groups and listening problems.
