Unit 4 has been a challenging one to learn.Learning that the English language can be broken down into twelve different tenses makes looking at words in a very different light. I have learnt that it is important to show students how to use graphs,charts and tables will help them to learn different situations.
Also using actions is mimes or playing word games is an excellent way to instill learning the English language.In this unit, I have learned some important stuff about level testing and a needs analysis. We looked at some types of syllabus we as teachers can use and we have actually seen how to create one. So as a starting point; for the first meeting with our students, we should learn what they know and what they need to know. Then we should determine the different testing systems so we can adopt our students to a level scale.
