The attitude and animation of the teacher is absolutely critical to engage students. Even though these are adult students, their rise in interest level, comprehension and enjoyment was obvious in the second lesson. A simple smile and varying volume, cadence and inflection of voice will make a teacher much more likely to engage students and to keep them engaged and focused throughout all phases of a E,S,A style lesson.This unit centered around teaching aids, including all the possible technologies and equipment that a teacher can bring into and use in their classroom. It was interesting to understand further all the different equipment and the things that they can be used for.I found the unit helpful as it explained all the teaching aids and went into detail about them all, it also included references that we can use in the future.
