I loved watching those two videos. It gave me a great perspective. Comparing the two lessons, helps to understand what teachers do wrong or what they do great. It ice to see how our attitude helps students to learn with fun and interest. The sencond lesson proves that if we start a class with the engage stage, students become very interested. It's easier for them to learn and for a teacher to teach.This lesson helps teach how to manage classes, the advantages and disadvantages the various kinds of seating arrangements and student placement, how to increase student talk time, and ways to discipline students as needed. The lesson also informs the reasons why students can be unruly, and how to help with some of the problems, as well as stating how some causes of unruliness cannot be truly fixed.
