This unit covered teaching special groups such as business clients and young learners. I gained deeper knowledge as to who a business client is and what their interests may be. I also discovered that the activities needed for both groups vary greatly. Often young learners need to be motivated to learn, whereas adult learners come pre-motivated. Short and sharp activities are normally handy.The final unit contained some helpful troubleshooting ideas. I found some of the ideas to help warm up the students good as this is an important part of the lesson to ensure everyone is engaged. There were some relevant points in the large classes and different levels section. Understandably saunders may revert back to their native language, so some of the ideas listed should prove helpful.
