As the chapter stated in the beginning, tense grammar was a bit hard to grasp even as an English speaker. What I liked about this section was how the tenses are clearly laid out as a formula which I think will make it easy for students to understand. As an example, present simple is a combination of subject + base form. Sentences can easily be formed this way and get a message across.I feel like this unit has been very helpful in teaching me how to help students learn the best possible way to get their pronunciation in English as best as they possibly can. I believe they may never 100% get it completely accurate but I believe through these teaching techniques I have learnt, I will be able to get them feeling a lot more confident with their English and pronunciations.
