Grammar units are my favorite. I found this unit to be challenging and it presented me with information that I had already learned but definitely needed a refresher on. I have a good grasp on verb form but function/usage is what presented the biggest learning curve in this unit. I learned that future tenses are diverse in function and that even present forms can function as indicators to the future.Unit 7 - new language, specifically on vocabulary, grammar, functions. There is discussion on teaching/selecting vocabulary, techniques for vocabulary teaching, an example of a typical ESA vocabulary lesson & introduction of grammatical structures (techniques for presenting/practicing them). There's an example of a grammar patchwork ESA lesson (mid level) & teaching language functions (boomerang).
