I didn't realize that there was a need for English teachers in the business setting. I learned some of the advantages and disadvantages of teaching English to young learners and adult learners.Be sensitive in correcting the student's output so that they'll not lose their confidence especially when they're participating in class, let the students explore and make learning English fun! Also while correcting the student give him/her the positive side of their error. Encourage the student more. And in teaching be creative as you can so that you can the student's attention. Be lively.
