In this unit we looked at the potential difficulties a teacher might face in the classroom during a lesson. I've learned some techniques and activities that could be used dealing with different problems depending on the issue that may be faced including teaching first lessons and building rapport, teaching large classes and classes of different levels,encouraging reluctant students and the use of native language in the classroom.A lot of this information follows the information I'm currently studying to obtain a teaching credential and Master's degree in Education. However, I wasn't aware of the number of external tests, and what population each are designated for and why. For example, as I learned reading the unit's materials, some tests are designed to test on integrated skills of a learner, and others are much more specific; testing on one skill only.
