Current unit covered the following topic: teaching special group. The beginning part included types of classes - beginners, with techniques and methodologies for teaching them including problems that usually takes place. Another type - individual students with some suggestions and some hints to plan the class. Children and English for specific purposes were the other ones.In this unit we learned how to teach the receptive skills:listening and reading. We went through the different areas for each skill: predictive skills,scanning,skimming, detailed information ans deduction from context. We also looked at the problems the students may face and how to help them. Finally , we learned how to plan a lesson and how to make appropriate activities.
